Conditions for refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days from the date of your initial subscription purchase.
- Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms and Conditions.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The request is made after the 14-day period has elapsed.
- The subscription is a renewal (only first-time subscriptions are eligible).
- You have violated our Terms and Conditions.
- The request is for issues that were already resolved by our support team.
How to request a refund

Provide your account details
Include your clinic name, registered email address, and subscription ID so we can locate your account quickly.

Receive your refund
Our team will review and process your request within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing time
Once your refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank statement, depending on your payment provider. For Benefit Pay transactions in Bahrain, refunds typically process within 3–5 business days.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) after the new billing period has started.
- Requests made after the 14-day refund window has closed.
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Requests based on features that were clearly documented as not included in your plan.
Data after refund
Upon processing a refund, your account will be deactivated. Your clinic data will be retained for 30 days in case you choose to resubscribe. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted. You may request an export of your data before the refund is processed.
