Most medical software was built for somewhere else. Clinics in the Gulf ended up working around systems that didn't know their regulator, their insurers or their currency, and couldn't give patients documents in Arabic.
We set out to build an EMR that fits the way GCC clinics actually work: NHRA and Ministry of Health requirements built in, invoices, prescriptions and consent forms in Arabic or English, and insurance claims that come straight from the visit.
We work closely with the clinics that use Aafia. When a doctor or receptionist asks for something, we listen, and we build it quickly.
We founded Aafia EMR after seeing firsthand how complex and fragmented healthcare access could be, leaving too many people without timely, compassionate care. While traditional health platforms lock user information away, Aafia takes a fundamentally different approach by giving our clients full ownership and instant access to their database whenever they need it. We built this seamless platform to restore trust, eliminate gatekeeping, and empower every individual with complete control over their well-being and personal data.
